Measure Title: RELATING TO RAINWATER CATCHMENT SYSTEMS.
Report Title: DOH; Rainwater Catchment Systems
Description: Requires the Department of Health to allow for the installation and operation of rainwater catchment systems for potable and nonpotable uses on all properties. Requires the Department of Health to regulate and enforce standards for the use of rainwater catchment systems. Effective 7/1/3000. (SD1)
