Report Title: DOA; Pesticide Inspection Program; Restricted Use Pesticides; Banned Pesticides
Description: Requires the Department of Agriculture to establish and implement a pesticide inspection program to increase compliance with the proper use of restricted use pesticides and ensure the continued prohibition on the use or application of pesticides containing chlorpyrifos. Requires the Department to post the inspection results on its website upon completion of a final order for a violation. Effective 7/1/3000. (SD2)
