Measure Title: RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
Report Title: DOT; Harbors; Ocean Transport Containers; Weight; Fines
Description: Authorizes the Department of Transportation to weigh any ocean transport container offloaded at any harbor in the State and fine any company that offloads an ocean transport container having an excessive gross weight. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
