Allows the construction of multi-family dwelling units on any lot within certain designated county zoning districts, subject to reasonable standards adopted by each county.  (SD1)

RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES.

Allows the Hawaii Labor Relations Board to admit and consider hearsay evidence.  Takes effect 7/1 2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to weigh any ocean transport container offloaded at any harbor in the State and fine any company that offloads an ocean transport container having an excessive gross weight.  Takes effect 7/1/2050.  (SD1)
