Measure Title: RELATING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE OFFENDER REENTRY SYSTEM.
Report Title: Public Safety; Correction; Women Offenders; Risk Assessment;
Description: Requires the offender reentry office of the department of public safety to develop and implement a risk needs assessment tool that is specifically intended to assess the needs of women offenders. Requires a report to the legislature. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
