Measure Title: RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL TOURISM.
Report Title: Agricultural Tourism Activities; Land Use Commission; Counties
Description: Authorizes agricultural tourism activities, including certain overnight accommodations, under certain conditions and only in counties that have adopted ordinances regulating agricultural tourism activities. Requires the Land Use Commission to adopt rules that establish requirements applicable to all farming operations implementing agricultural tourism activities. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
