Report Title: Director of Transportation; Highway Safety; Inspection; Motorcycles; Moratorium; Fees
Description: Requires that motorcycles receive safety inspections once every 2 years instead of once every 12 months. Requires the director of transportation to adopt rules to increase to $25 the inspection fee for motorcycles. Establishes a 2-year moratorium on motorcycle certificates of inspection requirements. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
