Description: Authorizes the Department of Education to provide incentives to enhance the recruitment and retention of public school and early education teachers. Authorizes the State Public Charter School Commission to provide incentives to enhance the recruitment and retention of public charter school teachers. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
