Measure Title: RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.
Report Title: Certificates; Registration; Ownership; Chassis; Containers
Description: Clarifies that owners of chassis used for transporting shipping containers are exempt from the requirement to keep a certificate of registration within the chassis. Authorizes these businesses to keep the original certificate of registration, motor vehicle identification card, certificate of insurance, and certificate of inspection at their principal place of business within the State and specifies that it is not a requirement to keep the original or copy of these documents on the chassis.
