Report Title: PUC; Retail Wheeling; Renewable Energy; Clean Electricity; Report
Description: Authorizes independent generators of renewable energy to wheel the renewable electricity they produce to users of renewable energy under policies and procedures established by the Public Utilities Commission, should the Public Utilities Commission determine through an investigatory docket that retail wheeling is in the public interest. Requires the Public Utilities Commission to report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
