Report Title:	Interstate Licensed Professional Counselors Compact; Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs; Rules
Description:	Adopts the Interstate Licensed Professional Counselors Compact to allow a person who is a licensed professional counselor in the person's state of residence to practice professional counseling in a compact state in which the person is not licensed pursuant to a privilege to practice. Requires the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to adopt rules to implement and administer the Compact. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD1)
