Description: Establishes a funding program that incentivizes electric vehicle charging systems and infrastructure development and allows the Electric Vehicle Charging System Subaccount to expend funds for this program. Increases the amount of petroleum tax to be deposited into the electric vehicle charging system subaccount. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
