Measure Title: RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL TOURISM.
Report Title: Agricultural Tourism Activities; Counties; DAB; Uniform Statewide Standards; Report; Principal Farming Operation
Description: Establishes statewide, uniform standards to promote agricultural tourism activities in the State for all counties that have adopted an agricultural tourism ordinance. Requires agricultural tourism activities to be registered by the county planning department. Requires agricultural tourism activities to coexist with an agricultural activity on a farming operation and to be accessory and secondary to the principal farming operation. Establishes a process for the termination of an authorization for agricultural tourism activities upon a determination that the agricultural activity has ceased. Requires report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
