Report Title: Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney Package; Criminal Offenses; Negligent Injury; Intoxicated Drivers
Description: Amends the offense of negligent injury in the first degree to include substantial bodily injury caused by the operation of a vehicle in a negligent manner while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
