Report Title: DLNR; DBEDT; Visitor Impact Fee; Potential Revenue Study; Appropriations ($)
Description: Establishes a visitor impact fee program within the Department of Land and Natural Resources, through which the department will collect a fee for a license to visit a state-owned park, forest, hiking trail, or other state natural area, as designated by rule by the Board of Land and Natural Resources. Establishes, and appropriates moneys into and out of, the visitor impact fee special fund. Requires the department of business, economic development, and tourism to conduct a study on the potential revenues expected to be generated by the visitor impact fee program. Effective 6/30/3000.
