Measure Title: RELATING TO YOUTH FEES AND FINES.
Report Title: Juvenile Justice; Monetary Penalties; Prohibited; Community Service; Curfew; Dance Halls
Description: Prohibits the assessment of any fees, fines, or costs against a person who was adjudicated for an offense committed while the person was a minor under the age of eighteen, or against the person's parent or guardian. Limits court ordered community service for minors to seventy-two hours. Repeals the statewide curfew for minors and certain penalties related to minors and dance halls. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)
