Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH CARE PRECEPTORS.
Report Title: Health Care Preceptor Tax Credit; Preceptor Credit Assurance Committee; Dietician; Physician Assistant; Social Worker
Description: Expands the definitions of "preceptor" and "volunteer-based clinical training rotation" to allow for improved accessibility for providers to receive income tax credits. Adds dieticians, physician assistants, and social workers to the list of preceptors. Includes the director of health on the preceptor credit assurance committee. Applies to taxable years beginning after 12/31/2023. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
