Report Title: DOH; Microenterprise Home Kitchens; Rules; Permits; Food Safety Certificates; Appropriation; Expenditure Ceiling ($)
Description: Establishes a regulatory framework for microenterprise home kitchens. Authorizes the Department of Health to adopt rules regarding microenterprise home kitchens; grant and revoke permits; issue food safety manager certificates; charge fees; and conduct inspections. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
