Report Title: Hawaii Green Environment; State Plan; Lei of Green Policy; Appropriation ($)
Description: Adds objectives, policies, and implementation guidelines for planning for the lei of green to the Hawaii State Planning Act. Requires a report to the Legislature and appropriates funds for costs associated with researching, compiling, and submitting the report. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
