Report Title: Department of Human Services; Background Checks; Convictions; Adults; Minors; Young Adults; Vulnerable Adults
Description: Requires the scope of the background checks for certain individuals to include acts that the individuals committed during the age of majority. Applies to certain individuals under the scope of contractual or employment obligations relating to minors, young adults, and vulnerable adults. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD1)
