Measure Title: RELATING TO LITTERING.
Report Title: Litter Control; Civil Penalty; Penal Code; Criminal Littering
Description: Increases the maximum civil penalty for littering from $500 to $1,000. Increases the maximum fine for the offense of criminal littering from $1,000 to $5,000.
