Report Title: Clinical Laboratory Directors; Pharmacies; Pharmacists; Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments Waived Tests
Description: Defines "clinical laboratory director" to include certain physicians, licensed clinical laboratory scientists, and pharmacists. Amends the definition of "practice of pharmacy" to include the ordering and performing of certain Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments waived tests. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD2)
