Measure Title: RELATING TO AIR POLLUTION.
Report Title: Air Pollution; Small Off-road Engines
Description: Requires DOH to, consistent with federal law, adopt cost-effective and technologically feasible regulations to prohibit engine exhaust and evaporative emissions from new small off-road engines. Requires DOH to report to the legislature by December 31, 2023, with recommendations for funding for commercial rebates or similar incentive funding to support the transition to zero-emission small off-road equipment operations.
