Measure Title: RELATING TO KANEOHE BAY.
Report Title: Kaneohe Bay; Restrictions; Commercial Ocean Use Activities; Commercial Ocean Recreational Equipment; Permits
Description: Prohibits commercial ocean use activity in Kaneohe Bay waters without a permit. Prohibits any person from advertising any commercial ocean use activity or equipment for such activity in Kaneohe Bay waters for which the person does not have a permit. Establishes enforcement mechanisms for the prohibitions. (CD1)
