Report Title: Cannabis; Medical Use; Department of Transportation; Interisland Transportation; Authorization
Description: Authorizes qualifying patients and qualifying out-of-state patients to transport cannabis between islands of the State for personal medical use; provided that no individual or entity shall be required to violate federal law. Requires the Department of Transportation to adopt rules for the interisland transport of controlled substances within the State. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
