Description: Adopts the physical therapy compact effective 7/1/3025. Requires the department of commerce and consumer affairs to adopt rules to implement and administer the compact. Requires applicants for physical therapist or physical therapist assistant licensure to submit a full set of electronic fingerprints for criminal history record checks and authorizes the department of commerce and consumer affairs to conduct these criminal history record checks. Appropriates funds. Effective 12/31/2050. (HD1)
