Measure Title: RELATING TO THE GENERAL EXCISE TAX.
Report Title: General Excise Tax; Medical Devices; Exemption
Description: Exempts gross receipts from the sale of mobility enhancing equipment, prosthetic devices, and prescription drugs sold pursuant to a doctor's prescription from the general excise tax. Amends the definition of "prosthetic device" to include devices worn on the body. (HB345 HD1)
