Description: Requires, and appropriates moneys for, the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to establish a 2-year Recreation and Education Upward Mobility Pilot Program for youth tenants in public housing. Permits the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to contract with outside parties to implement the program. Appropriates moneys for the repair and maintenance of approximately 150 housing units. Declares that the appropriation exceeds the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 2024-2025. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
