Description: Repeals the requirement that the Director of Human Resources Development must submit a report to the Legislature before reclassifying and abolishing vacant positions within state departments and agencies that are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Human Resources Development. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
