Measure details
Measure Title: RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
Report Title: Uniform Controlled Substances Act; Controlled Substances; Drug Paraphernalia; Repeal
Description: Repeals the law prohibiting drug paraphernalia under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Makes housekeeping amendments to repeal obsolete references to the repealed criminal offense of unlawful methamphetamine trafficking. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
