Report Title: Bed Bugs; Landlords; Rental Dwelling Units; Infestations
Description: Prohibits landlords, including those operating in public housing and educational dorm settings, from renting a dwelling unit that the landlord knows has a current bed bug infestation. Establishes procedures that landlords shall take upon receiving notice of an actual or suspected bed bug infestation. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
