Measure Title: RELATING TO SCHOOLS.
Report Title: Private Schools; Unlicensed Schools; Health and Safety
Description: Requires certain unlicensed but accredited private schools to annually submit health and safety documentation to the Hawaii Council of Private Schools, or Catholic Schools Hawaii, as the case may be, to meet the definition of "private schools" under the compulsory attendance law. (SD1)
