Description: Requires the Board of Land and Natural Resources to utilize the current taxed assessed value for lease extensions. Requires all applications to the Board of Land and Natural Resources for an extension of fixed rental periods or lease terms to be made within 180 days and confirm lease extensions. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
