Report Title: Consumer Health Data; Protections; Consumer Rights; Valid Authorization; Sale of Data; Geofencing
Description: Establishes requirements, including additional disclosures and consumer consent, regarding the collection, use, and sharing of consumer health data information. Establishes rights for consumers regarding their health data, including the right to have health data deleted. Prohibits the sale of consumer health data without a consumer's signed valid authorization. Prohibits the erection of a geofence around health care centers. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
