Representative Diamond Garcia is a well-known and respected public figure who has dedicated his life to serving the West Oahu community. He was born and raised in West O'ahu and is honored and privileged to represent the many families of his community.

Representative Garcia is an alumnus of Hawaiian Mission Academy, where he received a quality education that prepared him for his future endeavors. He has since gone on to become an international speaker and adjunct teacher at multiple Christian colleges, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with others.

In addition to his work in education, Representative Garcia has served the West O'ahu community in many capacities. He previously served as Vice Chairman of his neighborhood board, as well as Chairman of the Health, Parks and Recreation, Public Safety, and Education committees. His leadership and dedication have helped to improve the quality of life for many families in his community.

Representative Garcia is known for his commitment to public service and his passion for helping others. He is a tireless advocate for the people of West O'ahu and is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those around him. His dedication and hard work have earned him the respect and admiration of his constituents, and he continues to be a strong voice for the people he represents.

Bills call for rehiring state workers who defied vaccine mandate
