Measure Title: RELATING TO TRESPASS.
Report Title: Trespass; Public Land; Ownership; Enforcement
Description: Clarifies that when trespass involves public land, all law enforcement officers shall enforce trespass laws, without regard to whether the land is owned by the State or by a county.
