Measure Title: RELATING TO RECYCLING.
Report Title: Department of Health; Advance Disposal Fee Glass Container; Deposit Beverage Container Glass; Recycling; Appropriation ($)
Description: Mandates implementation of recommendations made by the office of the auditor to the department of health regarding advance disposal fee glass containers and deposit beverage container glass. Requires the department of health to report on its implementation of the recommendations to the legislature. Appropriates funds to the department of health to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of combining the advance disposal fee glass container and deposit beverage container glass processing streams.
