Measure Title: RELATING TO UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS.
Report Title: DOH; Underground Storage Tanks; Operation; Prohibition; Capacity Limit
Description: Beginning July 1, 2023, prohibits the operation of underground storage tanks with a capacity greater than 100,000 gallons. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
