Measure Title: RELATING TO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS.
Report Title: Lights; Vehicles; Traffic Violations
Description: Requires additional circumstances under which every motor vehicle, including motorcycles, motor scooters, electric foot scooters, and motorized bicycles, moving on any public highway in the State must display its lighted head lamps. Effective upon approval. (SD1)
