Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: DOE; Electronic Smoking Devices; Electronic Smoking Device Products; Confiscation
Description: Authorizes public school teachers and educators to confiscate electronic smoking devices and electronic smoking device products. Requires public schools to coordinate with the appropriate county police departments for the proper disposal of confiscated electronic smoking devices and electronic smoking device products within three months of confiscation. Repeals on 1/1/2023. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (HD1)
