Measure Title: RELATING TO ENERGY.
Report Title: Public Utilities Commission; Retail Wheeling; Renewable Energy; Clean Electricity
Description: Authorizes independent generators of renewable energy to wheel the renewable electricity they produce to users of renewable energy pursuant to administrative rules established by the public utilities commission. Requires the public utilities commission to submit a report to the legislature prior to the regular session of 2024. Effective 7/1/2100. (HD1)
