Measure Title: RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.
Report Title: Campaign Spending Commission; Comprehensive Public Funding; Appropriation ($)
Description: Creates program for comprehensive public funding of candidates for the offices of state senator and representative. Repeals the eligibility of candidates for the offices of state senator and representative for public funds under the existing partial public financing program. Appropriates funds to the campaign spending commission to prepare for the comprehensive public funding program in 2016, including staff support. (HD1)
