Report Title: Net-zero-energy Consumption; State Facilities; Working Group; Benchmarking Study
Description: Establishes a working group to develop a short-term, five-year plan for net-zero-energy consumption for all public infrastructure owned by the State. Requires DBEDT to perform a benchmarking study on the energy use of all state facilities.
