RELATING TO THE CAUCUS LEADERS AND THE COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TWENTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Special Session of 2005, that LYNN FINNEGAN shall: be the Minority Leader; no longer be a Minority Whip; but remain a member of the Education, Higher Education, Health, Human Services, and Hawaiian Affairs Committees; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that GALEN FOX shall: no longer be the Minority Leader; be the Past Minority Leader; but remain a member of the Finance, Labor and Public Employment, and Transportation Committees; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the name of LYLA BERG, wherever it appears in H.R. No. 4 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, is hereby replaced by LYLA B. BERG, Ph.D.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by H.R. No. 34 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, and by this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 4 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2005, shall remain in full force and effect.
