SECTION 1. Senate Bill No. 1191, S.D. 2, H.D. 1, C.D. 1, is amended by amending section 3 on page 4, lines 5 through 6 to read as follows:
“There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $1,500,000 or so much thereof as may be”
