HOUSE GOP SUPPORTS SPECIAL SESSION TO HELP HAWAII'S ECONOMY


Today the House Republican Caucus declared its support for a special legislative session that would supply quick, bold, and bipartisan action to fortify Hawaii's economy in the aftermath of the worst attack on Americans in our country's history.

"It is important we convene to pass meaningful legislation that will keep our economy going," said House Republican Leader Galen Fox. "Republicans are looking at five areas of concern we could address with specific pieces of legislation."

The House Republicans said that in addition to the suggestions from the Governor's meeting, they would like the special session to act to:
