BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Third Special Session of 2001, that the Speaker be, and is hereby authorized to approve the Journal of this House of any legislative day being compiled as of the 7^th legislative day.
