G E N D APursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 65, S.D. 1, H.D. 1, the Joint Senate-House Investigative Committee continues its investigation of the State's efforts to comply with the Felix Consent Decree.
The following individual is scheduled to appear:
Dr. Douglas Houck
Additionally, the Committee will be requesting certain documents to be produced pursuant to subpoenas issued to Dr. Paul G. LeMahieu or his designee from the State Department of Education and Dr. Bruce S. Anderson or his designee from the State Department of Health.
The Committee may also discuss committee procedures and staffing, and future hearings including securing the attendance of witnesses and production of documents.
DECISION-MAKING MAY OCCUR ON THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA. NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
