Pursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 65, S.D. 1, H.D. 1, the Joint Senate-House Investigative Committee to investigate the State's efforts to comply with the Felix Consent Decree will have its first meeting to:
1. Adopt rules for the conduct of the investigation; and
2. Discuss organizational and procedural matters for future hearings including securing the attendance of witnesses.
DECISION-MAKING MAY OCCUR ON THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA. NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE OR AUXILIARY AIDS AND/OR SERVICES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS OF THE STATE HOUSE (I.E., SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER, WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY, OR PARKING DESIGNATED FOR THE DISABLED), PLEASE CONTACT THE COMMITTEE CLERK AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE HEARING SO ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE.
