The purpose of this informational briefing is for the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) to provide the Committees with information and updates about 2025 funding rounds for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Rental Housing Revolving Fund (RHRF). 

The presentation will include the following:  

• An overview of the 2025 LIHTC and RHRF application and award process. 

• Presentation of all submitted applications and HHFDC's evaluation scores. 

• Presentation of awarded applications, including the basis for HHFDC's award determinations. 

The presentation will be followed by questions from Committee Members.  

No public testimony will be accepted.
